Dabney graduated with an AAS degree from Virginia Western Community College and earned her BS degree from O’Hehir University. Dabney enjoys learning and attending continuing education classes to better serve her patients. She earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University and is learning more about Nutritional Coaching. A resident of Broadway, Dabney has three grown daughters who currently live in the area. When she is not practicing dental hygiene, Dabney enjoys cooking nutritious foods, gardening and nature.

Carrie graduated magna cum laude in 2000 from Virginia Commonwealth University/ Medical College of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She remained in Richmond for the next 10 years and worked at a local dental practice. Carrie and her husband, Brad, moved to the Harrisonburg area in 2010. Carrie loves learning and staying current with the latest medical and dental trends. She excels at educating patients about their dental health. In her free time, Carrie loves home decorating, gardening, reading, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
Alla P. Mitityuk
Registered Dental Hygienist, Russian & Ukranian Interpreter
In 1990, Alla moved to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley from Ukraine, and is fluent in Ukranian and Russian. Alla has been in the dental field since 2003, starting out as a dental assistant, prior to graduating from Virginia Western Community College, in 2008, where she earned her AAS degree in dental hygiene. She married her husband, Andriy, in 2007, and they have two wonderful children, Matthew and Zachary. Alla loves spending time with her family, leisure bike riding, reading, music and teaching Sunday school. Alla truly cares for her patients and her friendly smile brightens the office each day.
Pam has worked as a dental assistant since 1983. In 1984, she graduated from Massanutten Technical Center’s Dental Assisting Program. Her expertise includes training at Los Vegas Institute with a focus of full mouth reconstruction and cosmetic dentistry. She has a unique way of making patients feel comfortable and right at home. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys farming and taking care of her cattle and goats. She also loves to spend time with her husband, three children and grandchildren.
Linda has been with Dr. Dunaway since he opened his practice in Harrisonburg in 2001. When she is not at the office, she is spending time with her husband, Greg, and taking care of her beautiful granddaughter, Makaylynne. Linda enjoys playing Bingo with friends, taking trips to the beach and hanging out at the pool. She strives to provide patients with the best dental experience possible and is truly loved by patients and coworkers alike.
Jen graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Massanutten Technical Center and joined our team in 2015. In her spare time, she stays busy with her two delightful children, Faith and Luke. Family activities include camping, hiking and taking trips to the beach. Jen genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients and coworkers and her easy-going, good-natured personality make her a joy to work with.
Christina “Nikki” Price
Front Office Manager/ Financial Coordinator
Nikki has been in the dental field since 2007 and takes pride in everything she does. Nikki has a special quality that makes everyone feel at ease and delighted to be in our office. When she is not at work, she enjoys the outdoors, fishing, painting, and spending time with her friends and husband, Jeffrey.
Susan grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and moved to the Harrisonburg area with her husband in 2011. She has worked in the dental field since 1988, making good use of her outgoing personality and love of working with people. Susan has a daughter, son and two wonderful grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, visiting family and friends, gardening, researching her family history and exploring all the sites and treasures the area has to offer.
Erica L. Taylor
Erica has worked in the dental field since 2004, working both in the front office and as a dental assistant. She is very dedicated to ensuring each patient receives optimal care, making her a reliable coworker and a valuable asset to our practice. Erica and her husband, R.W., reside in Elkton with their three beautiful daughters, Olivia, Vivian and Savannah. When she is not at work, Erica is busy spending time with her daughters, who are active in after school sports, Girl Scouts and church activities. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, playing basketball and reading novels.
