Dr. Scott Dunaway, earned his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees at West Virginia University. Upon graduating from dental school in 1997, Dr. Dunaway remained at WVU Hospital for an additional year to broaden his knowledge and expertise by completing a General Practice Residency.
Following his residency, Dr. Dunaway worked as an associate at a large practice in Maryland before accepting a position as the pioneer dentist in a new branch of the E.A. Hawse Health Clinic in Mathias, WV. Dr. Dunaway practiced in this area for two years before opening his private practice in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham community. Dr. Dunaway has attended many continuing education courses including The Dawson Academy and anine-month long implant course the Medical College of Georgia.
When not working, Dr. Dunaway enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
