Paul joined our team in 2025 as our practice manager. He was born and raised in South Africa but moved to the United States in 2001. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in operations and management, a strong work ethic, and a passion for leadership. He has built a successful career focused on efficiency, team development, and strategic growth.

When not in the office, Paul is a dedicated spouse and dad to two children. He enjoys staying active through hiking and running and finds relaxation and fulfillment in gardening. FUN FACT: Paul is left-handed but plays all his sports righty.
